Undoubtably Martin (owner) is very passionate about his wine cellar. I was extremely impressed by Martin knowledge and love for his wine cellar. Guests can walk in, taste wines and pick their very own special bottle to enjoy while watching the sunset. While dining on gourmet food. The wine cellar is rustic, yet authentic and much loved.  When you make your reservation, book a wine tasting with Martin, he is truly remarkable when it comes to wines.

Words cannot describe this gem; you literally must experience Head over Hills for yourself. The views change, the sunsets are exquisite, the service is outstanding, the food is great.  The rooms are comfortable, bathroom luxurious and the attention to detail really make that difference.

Lastly, being a big birder, I loved standing on the balcony and watching the seagulls, albatrosses and birds of prey flying in the wind, hovering over the sea.
