History about Old Town in Phuket:

Established in the late 19th century during the tin mining boom. The town became a melting pot of cultures as Chinese, Malay and Indian traders settled here. Therefore, the influence of these cultures can still be seen today. In the beautifully preserved Sino-Portuguese architecture that line the streets. The architecture seamlessly blends Chinese ornamentation with European features, giving the town a distinctive character that captivates every visitor.

Lastly, I noticed is the several hip and happening cafe’s that sell everything about coffee and the little, most dainty cakes. Desserts and the most incredible ice cream! The ice cream flavours were intriguing and if I could still be tasting them all.
